For our 100 iterations project, my group and I decided to focus on food that are point shaped. Through looking out for these certain things, I was amazed to realise just how much of the world around in is a circular shape.

From here, I took my own approach on a focused theme. I love illustration, therefore taking my main inspiration from the nursery books. I completed three sets of three illustrations based on my favourite ‘point shaped’ fruit of course. I wanted to portray the delicacy of fruit, showing how they’re grown, how they look in their prime and lastly, how easily they can be damaged. I went for a rough sketchy style. I love creating quick sketches.
To improve I am going to try to purchase a scanner, which will allow me to scan my sketches onto my computer and work on them digitally in Photoshop. Overall I am very pleased with how they look.
