IxD301 – Week 5

Responsive Web Design

Today we went through some feedback sessions to see progress of portfolios and to sort web flow issues. We got to watch Kyle doing some work on Webflow, helping us gain an understanding of grids and CSS.

To help me get a better understanding of designing responsively, I myself watched some of the youtube tutorials which are easily accessed on the Webflow guide website. These gave me a pretty good understanding of the cascading elements.

If I am being completely honest, this stage of the development was the part I struggled with the most. I found I very tricky as not all of my elements were labelled correctly. I have encountered some problems with the responsiveness of my design, which I hope to ask for assistance to help me fix.
