I started the animations, making sure to put the fps at 30 which is optimal for games.
I noticed the underside of the apron was peeking through the overside and weight painting wasn’t fixing it, so I deleted the underside.
I made the walking animation and duplicated it, moving the hands to make a walking plate-holding animation.
Next, I blocked out and polished the transform animation. I used this clip from The Clone Wars of Anakin stumbling around, but I placed the hands on the stomach instead to fit the rage theme (rage triggering feelings in the gut).
Then I did the ‘wrong plate’ frustrated animation.
Then I did the smoking break animation, taking a reference of myself first. Shane has a cigarette model I can put in later.
Alec helped me install the GameRig add-on so I could send all these animations to the gaming students for the playtest. These animations will be polished for the final product.
