After drawing up my storyboards, we were introduced to taking them into Adobe After Effects to edit it into an animatic. I have had very limited experience with any form of video editing software, so this was a very much a new, while interesting challenge from what I’m used to. I’m quite happy with how the music lines up with key moments in the animatic, and how it leads into transitions between shots. This has helped me get a better sense of timing in preparation for the final animation.
