Creating my C.V

In class we were given example of good c.v’s that were easy to read and understand. This was the standard for people in the industry. Before beginning my c.v I looked at past students letters and took inspiration for my layout. The layout gave me a rough idea of where to put the information in without it looking crowded.

For my c.v I wanted to do something different and made it as simple as possible with the information I needed. I used google docs to create it and used one of their recommended templates. I just changed the colour and the text format.

After my tutorial I went back to my C.V and did a few changes to it. I added the university I was attending into education and added text to the software I use so its easier to follow. I also change my email to my business email just to make it look more professional.

Cover E-mail Letter

For my cover e-mail I looked at the example that Henry showed on his Powerpoint presentation. I used some example for my cover e-mail and put it into my own words.

For my letter I used Google Docs and one of there suggested templates for its layout. I found this helpful as it made my letter look neat.

Draft 2 – Final

After getting feedback from my tutorial I went and did a few changes to my sentences. I took out the part about wanting experience and changed it to how I wanted to join the team on their projects. I also talked about one of their shows and what I like about it. I also talked about how I wanted to storyboard for the show.
