This is a blog post to document the progress we have made in Group 7 for our Animation Studio module. During week 7, our group had scheduled a meeting over Discord to discuss our project in order to get everyone on the same page with our tasks, generate ideas and to fully decide on assets we will end up using. The meeting proved incredibly beneficial to most of our members as we all now have a heightened understanding of our project plan.
Before our meeting, I had written out a document to help with our discussion, I had written down the main points of discussion and filled out the details that we shall be using in the final product. Below are some screenshots of our main synopsis for the animation’s narrative, along with the time allocation we have assigned to everyone, each member working on 8 seconds each.
Additionally, during the discussion we had locked in the character designs we shall use for our animation. Below are the designs that we have decided upon, along with credit for the people who drew them.
