Days Before Class.
I work hard to complete the Assignment 1 PowerPoint presentation for the 11th. It took a few hours due to my issues of writing way too much for what was need. I had to re-record my voice over 3 times over for the same reason; Because it was way past the maximum time length required for this task. Once my slides were done, I send them to my team member, Henderson William over one drive so he could combine all parts of the presentation together. I would then created the Peer and Self-Assessment form/document for Assignment 1. Once I received the final complete version of the PowerPoint presentation, I uploaded both it and the Peer Assessment form to Blackboard for grading.
During Class Time.
The class started off with everyone watching each other presentations and receiving feedback from the tutors. My team got a positive reception for our work but we did get some key point on how our work could be improved. Outside of the elements I felt I could have improve on already like the amount of dialog on my slides, our slides could have been more uniform as it was easy to tell who did each slide, based on the layout of the page, plus the amount of writing.
After the presentation viewing was complete, we covered the process of creating a story line for a short animated film, including elements like planning and how the production pipeline works. This would lead in to the 3rd assignment.
We also went over the information for the 2nd and 3rd Assignment. I will cover these task in their own blog, but it is nice to have an idea of the time frame I have to complete them.
Conclusion.
The upcoming blog entry are changing. Instead of the weekly entry, Assignment 2 and 3 with have 1 large entry each. The recorded information will focus more of the process of how I complete each tasks instead of smaller weekly information like how I was feeling on that day or element going on with my life.
