First Draft Prototype

Ahead of our group critique this week, I decided to post my prototype link.

After our group critique, I am sure there will be some changes to make to this – so it is just the first draft.

As I made this, I thought about everything I’ve learnt from both this, and Paul’s module up until now. I tried to implement all of my new knowledge, as well as what inspiration I’ve taken from other websites as much as possible.

I found myself looking to Youtube tutorials to figure out how to make some of the animations and interactions involved, and it has been a great help thus far! I’m sure I’ll end up spending a lot of time doing the same thing when it comes to Webflow, because, even though I used it for my portfolio website – there is still so much that I don’t understand how to do.

I am unsure if I will be able to recreate this exactly on Webflow, however, which has been a worry for me. I think that so long as the final site is still immersive – whilst also being as similar to the prototype as possible then I will be happy enough. I have already made a few changes from my initial ideas within my wireframes, so I’m sure that this might develop again post-critique.
