Using the qualitative data that I have gained from interviews and initial observations it is time to start defining to creating a POV.

POVs help us ideate and solve a design challenge in a goal-oriented manner whilst maintaining a focus on the users, needs and insights.
A parent needs a way to build a constructive relationship with their mentally ill child in order for both parties to help elevate underlying problems and express concerns.
