On the third day of environment, Majella had us draw some buildings from the window in studio using charcoal, both outlines and tonal, then with a mix of wet and dry materials.

Below are the drawings I did that day:

I think all the drawings turned out pretty well. I think I managed to achieve what Majella asked of us with the different tones and adding depth to each drawing. I think I managed to roughly get the right proportions of each building in each drawing as well although none of them are perfect.

I think my favourite is the top right drawing as I feel it has the most information and detail in it as well as the most shading as it was mostly tonal compared to the other three drawings.
