In the first half of day 4 of environment with Majella, we painted more buildings from the window in studio 3 except this time we used ink or watered down acrylic paint. I personally used watered down acrylic paint as I hadn’t brought my ink with me that day.

There was a second painting done that day but unfortunately I’m missing it as I think I left it in the studio in the university but by the time I realised I was missing it, it was far too late for me to travel up to the university to look for it. It was a painting of the MAC in black watered down acrylic paint.

The painting I do have is of a smaller building that was next to the MAC. It was done in watered down vermillion acrylic paint. I think it turned out alright and I think I managed to layer the paint enough to show off all the darker parts of the building and accentuate the lighter parts of it.
