This study has two parts:
- Part 1: You and your child will play two interactive online games. In both games, you and your child will interact with different types of animals on the screen.
We ask that you record the games and upload the recordings to the secure link at the end of each game.
Each game will last no longer than 15 minutes. - Part 2: You and your child will participate in our live study. Your child will play a game with the researcher and a puppet on Zoom, and we are interested in your child’s interpretation of the sentences that the puppet will say.
We are also interested in your interpretations! While your child plays the game with the puppet, you will complete a language survey with similar sentences.
This game will last no longer than 30 minutes.
You will be required to give verbal consent at the beginning of the study, and your child will need to give verbal assent.
