This week during class, Daniel asked us to do a SWOT analysis on our chosen app idea. I found this useful for identifying areas that have the potential to perform well, but also for identifying potential ways in which my app could have downfalls business-wise in the future.
Identifying these strengths might allow me to maintain them better so you don’t lose your competitive advantage in the future.
