Ping pong ball animation:

Ping pong ball reference

To make this I watched the reference video attached above, and counted how many times the ball bounced and then planned out the arcs, i then moved the ball along the arcs. because ping pong balls are solid and not very flexible I didn’t use much squash and stretch. I mainly tried to focus on timing and spacing.

Bowling ball animation:

Bowling ball reference

For this I watched the ref video linked above, and mainly focused on how high the bowling ball bounced up because it didn’t bounce across the screen it was dropped so it just bounced in place then fell to rest.

Sticky ball animation:

Sticky ball ref

For this one I couldn’t find a reference video that showed what I wanted and I didn’t have any sticky balls at my disposal so I couldn’t record my own reference video, so I made do and used a reference video of them being thrown at the ceiling and tried to figure out what that would look like if it was thrown at the floor.

For the group project:

We broke our script up into parts and allocated people parts,

Red (1) Joyce

Orange (2) Alyssa

Yellow (3) Kris

Green (4) Shane

Blue (5) Eoin

Purple (6) Tori

Pink (7) Kori

Brown (8) Ellie

Burgundy (9) Chloë

My part is the second part (Orange part): “The human accepts. The human then explains what the contract will entail, and reluctantly the demon agrees, they complete the contract and depart for now.  The demon walks back to his room in hell, ducking out of eyesight from the other occupants in hell. Once back in his room he loosens his tie and pets his demon cat as he lets out the stress of the day.”
