we had to design aliens for homework.
I did a clean line and coloured version of my original alien concept design, I liked the idea of them being lighter colours to contrast with the dark spooky atmosphere that we created for the world.
this is my first page of sketches. I included some alien themed original characters that I already had, because they have been the main thing I have been thinking about since the theme is aliens. Although they don’t quite fit what we are gong for.
I then made some cuter aliens that I would have more fun with since I don’t draw masculine strong figures very often. They again didn’t quite fit the strong lumber jack vibe, but I thought it could be funny to have such a cute alien do some heavy lifting or charm some wild animals to cut down and carry the trees for her.
