When updating my CV for the End of Year show, I knew I wanted to improve upon the previous attempt from last year along with having it be a useable base for when I start applying for jobs after graduation. The first step I took was to improve on my previous CV design so I looked back at some of the previous feedback I was given, the main critique being that we’re not doing graphic design and that the CV should look more professional and streamlined, which I agree with considering my last design. Furthermore I also decided to instead design my CV using Clip Studio Paint instead of Microsoft Word as Clip studio has more resources similar to Photoshop.
I kept the colours to black, white and an accent colour, initially choosing navy before switching to a brick red colour to better match the rest of my EoYS display, I also initially planned over including an icon in the top left of a character inspired by my actual appearance, however I was asked to remove it due to it being too strange for the CV.
the final version being included below.
