i decided that this week i would be finishing my textures and my models so i could move onto UI help and animation, i will also be testing all of my models and their textures in the unreal engine
i ran into a few issues with the models either being too small or broken but i went back and fixed them and they worked fine i will try out the textures on the models now
as you can see i had some issues with the cork board and the photo frames, but i went through and fixed them all, im happy with the outcome and im pleased with how they look in engine, i was able to combine the objects that were causing issues in engine and then they worked fine, im not sure why this issur happens but it had happened to a lot of my models and i have went through and combined all my previous ones while also keeping it in mind for the new models

i had the idea to have a business card as the pause menu, as i thought it would be interesting and it would fit the theme
here are ideas i had for the title screen, my idea that i had told ethan was like a slow pan around a small dark space with a flickering light, the pan would be reminiscent of the game sherlock holmes and the devils daughter, which i will link below, this idea is what the ms paint scribble is, as i was talking to ethan face to face i felt that he understood when i was talking him through the work
