So when thinking about the brief I first wanted to figure out what the brief means about backgrounds. There are a lot of options it could mean. Therefore I started to look into background ideas that I thought would work for the brief. Initally I thought of the Atelier game series backgrounds for either game covers or fixed camera backgrounds.

 

Below is an amount of images that I gathered for research of body design work for the characters, whether it’s body ideas, skin tones, hair, eyes, hands, feet. I don’t know what style I want to go for so I gathered whatever I thought might be useful.
