once I had a rough idea of what I wanted my webpage to look like, I decided to play about with the colours of each section. I wanted the colour scheme of my essay to be blue so I alternated the background colour of each section to be a dark blue and a light blue. I felt this worked well to separate the different sections of my essay and help make the webpage more visually appealing.

I also decided to add colour to the blockquote to help separate the main body text and to make the quotes stand out as much as possible.

I felt this worked really well as it was clear that it was a quote and not my own writing, whilst also making it fit in with the colour scheme.

overall, I am very happy with the final outcome of my webpage as I feel it looks very professional yet is still colourful and eye catching. I am very proud of what I have managed to create considering how hard I found this project at the start.
