Overall all i haven’t really had the chance to sit down and think about what i would like to do for the future all that i know deep down is wanting to leave education. Did an extra 3 years back in secondary school , 2 years in Belfast met and now 2 years at ulster university whilst consecutively working at the same time . Some times i feel behind but im going at my own pace and now when i really think about it . Iv come to love creating environmental art the most, Out of the time that i have spent learning animation and game design. Although i would prefer most to be a 3D generalist as i would like to be able to get the hang of industry standard software’s such as Maya and aftereffects. Which can give me more control over what i am able to create but this still goes similar with even zbrush and blender ,that i am most familiar with yet i still have a lot to learn about using these software’s and would eventually like to get to a point where i know the ins and outs of the software. On the other hand i have also applied for one of the internships from flickerpix as a 3D generalist . I was supposed to apply for each position at the other companies but i was unaware you had to apply for them in the same documents but that’s alright as i like to keep my options opened so i then also applied for a Masters of Animation, Although i don’t know how i feel about doing this for another year of stress but with 6 modules for the year .
