Getting inspo

I searched online for space focused posters / graphic content. I wanted to see if this would spark some creative energy and ideas. Here are some images of some that I was fond off.

The above planet posters are really interesting they have some really nice colour palettes. I really like the idea of the rings around the planets, when I see that I think of how I can tie that to science and I think of the atomic make up of an element and how they are shown with circles on rings. Could I incorporate this into my posters somehow?

A more modern take…

I found the below posters on Dribble. The 3D modelling here is really cool and a big trend within the industry- I feel like everyone is talking about 3D modelling. This is something I have no clue how to achieve or do but I mean it looks awesome…

From looking at these posters and graphic works I am leaning more towards the dark muted tones with little information on them. I think they look pretty cool, I am enjoying the modern font and imagery here too so this is something for me to consider. I like the use of real images here and maybe I could incorporate the ‘ring’ idea I mentioned above.

What is next?

I want to explore more posters and begin digitally creating them. This will be a fun exercise that I think will benefit my end element project greatly!
