Monday Class
The teachers went over the coursework we will be doing this semester, then we where put into groups, I am in a group with Asia, Cor, and Scott, as well as Issac, Jordan, and Oisin from game design. We started idea generation, then split into groups to generate more ideas, Jordan and I paired up and came up with 16 ideas. we all them came together shared our ideas, and narrowed them down to 3. We then did a presentation to the teachers, they liked the idea we had called “giving too much” however they told us to edit, and simplify it as it was to big of a project to do in the time span that we have. we made a group chat and got everyone to join so we could discuss the changes we are making for next week.
Wednesday Class
Yuanyuan, Ryan and Dara are taking us for this class on animation discourse. Yuan talked us through the module and told us about the course work we will be doing. we will be doing more group work, we will be doing presentations on an academic paper. don’t need to do a weekly blog just 1 for the whole process, showing research. Wednesday 14th and Friday 16th Feb. coursework 2 in an industry report. due Wednesday the 8th of may. 2,000 word essay or 1,000 word report along with supporting material. reference the module handbook for books, you have to read for this assignment
