Homework:

ㅇ Sculpt Gumi ✔

ㅇ Retopologise Gumi. ✔

Friday- 9th

I added the wrinkles to the collar.

I smoothed out the bells cause the flower cut out made them a bit bumpy.

I joined the head and ears together and smoothed them out.

I added some wrinkles to the fabric around the pocket as if the pockets are pulling down on the fabric.

I then added some smaller wrinkles to the top.

I was making some adjustments to the model and accidentally somehow ruined the top.

I tried using the sculpt tools or the move-in edit mode options but I couldn’t fix it. Luckily I had a save before I started sculpting so I deleted the top from this file and copied the un-sculpted top and pasted it in. So I just have to add the wrinkles again as opposed to having to remodel the top.

I added the wrinkles back to the top.

But 1 solved problem leads to another that I must solve, cause the tails became holey.

they got remeshed somehow… I didn’t do it on purpose… nor did I notice till I couldn’t undo it… so again I copy and pasted it from an older save into the new file…

I couldn’t get the fur transition to look the way I wanted it to, on the arms legs tail and ears, so I am just going to make the transition clear in the colouring stage as it looks to bumpy.

So this is the final model, sculpted.

Now to Retopologise.

Sunday-11th

The faces before I started.

I started with the head, The ears where the most difficult to get the around as I kept accidentally selecting the verts behind it

I finished the body.

I then did the collar, the bells + inside ball, and the tails.

and then I did the Rest. It was below 10,000 faces with out the prop so im not sure if i have to retopology the prop to lessen the faces or if its okay? so I will ask teacher about it.
