I’m kinda going through it, so I’ve planned on having all out notes collected into one file through a google document which I’ve set up with Al , we planned having it filled by Thursday so we can just have a quick look over each other’s analyse that could help each other. I had also suggested pushing it to Monday due to Eoin’s schedule that I took in consideration.

When I went to go check the file it was still my notes from before, I think I just lack the leadership role in this group with the little amount of communication. I’ll just pretend that this file never existed either and just move on with whatever we have for class in Friday.

CLASS

Just like last week, it was just 2 people so we couldn’t really have a group discussion on anything which didn’t bother me too much until I remember how I’ve been getting no updates from anyone in the discord. This now felt like a solo mission for a group presentation. Any who, Eoin and I were in class while Al mentioned not being well. Amy on the other hand was just part of our imagination bringing our group from 4 to 3.  Yuan came to my group which at the time which was Eoin and myself to let us know about what to mention in our presentation making it easier knowing that we can just focus on one technique such as light, colour or camera etc. We then decided to split the presentation up into different parts and plan on a call hoping everyone will be online for it.

Went back to our Power Point to touch up on the slides. I have no idea what we’re doing so far but we’re just taking notes for stuff, as someone who’s never done this film type stuff and my two other members confidentially confirming that they’ve done this before, I now wished they’ve taken the lead for this module.

This is what I have so far laid out in my first scene as I plan to talk about the Mise-En-Scene through most of mine. So far I’ve only panicked about the pressure of having to speak in front of the whole class especially with over more than 20 people. I’ve set up my script and I’ve timed myself so now I just need to get into a group call tomorrow and see how much of work my other members have completed.

I’ve also been updating my Word document on the notes so far before making a final research blog with much more detail

GROUP CALL

As we set up this call, I joined in on time since I did set the time and Eoin joined a few minutes after, somehow Al was no where to be seen and instead of twiddling our fingers we went ahead and spiced up our slides together making sure that each part looked the same and it wasn’t eye bleeding. We spoke about timing and just that we should stay after class to do a practise or over call if we don’t have the time.

We originally left slide 4 and 5 open for Al but instead of relying on hoping he’ll show up and do the work. Eoin and myself split it into a slide each to talk about the middle part of the film. I feel slightly more stressed as our group literally went from 4 to 3 to now what it seems 2 people.
