One company that has stood out for me lately in terms of tone of voice is Property Pal, I am currently in the market to buy my first home so I am always on their website and social media looking at houses for sale. After being on their social media almost daily I noticed the way they portray themselves through their tone of voice is extremely playful, witty and humorous, I think admire this because this is something I would like to include in both my modern bank brand and my personal brand as I feel this fits my personality perfectly. This playful and witty tone of voice is also aimed towards a similar target audience to my modern bank brand, Property Pal will have a lot of first time buyers and/or renters look for properties so this tone of voice is extremely engaging and helps build an emotional connection between the brand and its audience.
