This weeks in class workshop was learning the basics of uv mapping and texturing in a 2d software.to start off we made a dice from a premade image to get us familiar with the uv editing space. we then moved on to a coke can with a premade lable, however with this we needed to line up the lable with the cuts shape of the can. Finally for the in class workshop we needed to uv unwrap and create the texture for a hammer. this was the first time i have been introduced to creating seams in 3d models. Once we unwrapped the object we then needed to make the texture in a 2d software and apply it to the hammer.

For the homework we were tasked with using all of the skills we have learnt up to this point and make a sword of our choice.
