Reflection and Improvement

After receiving feedback on my work and blog I went back I improved parts of my work. Firstly I went back and darkened the shadows in some of backgrounds and added more grass to the bases of the mushrooms.

For the first shot I also went back and improved the camera movement, making a smoother panning downwards by easing it in and making the foreground mushrooms bigger. While doing this I also animated the characters in as this was simple to do for this shot.

Finally, for my 3rd shot I improved the look of the shack by making it look more 3D by drawing it at an angle. This helped improve the effect of it being really far away. I also added more grass to the base of the mushrooms and was able to finish the shot by animating the water in the river.
