After finishing my model I then began to model the environment he would inhabit. I tried to have the environment be somewhat empty so that the focus would be on the characters reaction. I also felt that a dimly lite and open environment would give an ominous feel and add to the punchline. I spent some time trying to get the lighting right for the scene I decided to have to light sources within the scene, these being the tv and light about. This acted as a sort of spot light, drawing the attention to the character. The tv light also worked to light the characters face. I textured the environment in substance painter.
