MONOGRAM DEVELOPMENT

In week 2 we started to look at monograms and sketching out on paper from this I then digitised a couple of options, pictured below

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I digitized 2 very different styles, and its safe to say the second won.

At this stage I still wasn’t totally happy with my monogram so went back to sketching on paper, as shown below .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

version 4 is looking better, I’m going to continue to work on this and bring into illustrator and trace over to get a rough shape.

I like the boldness of it so probably will stay along the lines of this.
