Warner Brothers is an American film and entertainment company in California. It was founded by four brothers: Harry Warner, Albert Warner, Samuel Warner, and Jack Warner Their movie business career started in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Around the year 1913, they began producing their own films, which lead them to move their production headquarters to Hollywood, California in 1917.
They are now today one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world. From feature film, television and home entertainment production and worldwide distribution to DVD and Blu-ray, digital distribution, animation, comic books, videogames, product and brand licensing, and broadcasting.
One of my favourite production companies at warner Brothers is Hanna-Barbera. Founded in 1957, this production company went on to create groundbreaking cartoons for kids such as Tom & Gerry and Looney Tunes. These cartoons express humour and show that cartoons can have a sense of humour. To me, I find it so exciting that you can portray so many different emotions in cartoon characters and from that help people by relating to them or making them laugh. Cartoons are a great way to escape the often mundane reality of life.
From a young age I have always had a fascination with animation, comics and games, Warner Brothers have created some of my favourite shows and characters. Cartoons such as Scooby-Doo, Pokemon, Batman, and Iron Giant (to name a few) have been the foundation of my love for animation.

When it comes to cartoons such as Scooby-doo, I love how they have made such an impression on their audience that it is still a well-known and loved cartoon today. Scooby-Doo started in 1969 and to this day is still being created.

What I love about these cartoons is looking back at their earlier work and seeing over the years how the style has developed and grown but never straying too far from the origins of the show.
You can see the difference in artwork in the two images on the side. Image 1A is the current style used in animation. Image 1B is the style used in the 1969 episodes. You can see the difference in shading, colours, backgrounds and even in small details such as the clothing has been modified.
