As I researched more into my 3 major project idea’s, I gathered some reference images that I really liked to help give me a better idea of what I wanted to go for as my final idea. I gathered some concept art that i found on Pinterest and put them together as a collage using procreate. Doing this helps me get a good idea of house i would like y own house to look like and what colour scheme I would like to achieve.
Farmhouse
I found some really amazing art pieces which I gathered together of creepy farm houses, I really loved the whole environment set up and the use of lighting. I would love to achieve something similar to the examples i gathered and implement them into my own final project.
Apocalyptic World
For the apocalyptic idea, I found these images of streets created in Unreal Engine. I loved the look of these scenes, it gave me a lot of different ideas on how I could build my own apocalyptic scene in Unreal. This also helped give me an idea on how i could adjust the lighting in my scene, as oppose to dark blue gloomy colours – it is is interesting to see how a realistic lighting set up can be super effective in the the final render.
Graveyard scene
Finally, I gathered some images together to help give me an idea of what I would like the graveyard scene to be built. I found some really good reference pictures showing some creepy graveyards with fog and eerie colours.
