To create the dresses for our project, Alec advised us to try out a new software called Marvellous Designer which would allow us to make the dresses easily especially because we wanted to animate the dresses without the bodies, so this software gave us the ability to do this. Firstly, I found the software a bit confusing to use as it was so new, after a few youtube tutorial I created a very basic dress. 
I enjoyed this process, it was different but its definitely a software I would use again in the future. I created this very basic yellow plain dress to practise with before trying to replicate my chosen dress from the museum, i found try to blend the seam challenging however it was easy enough to use overall.
