S2 Week 5: Sketchfab and Texture Maps / My Finished Model

After baking my texture maps, I applied them to the model I imported into Sketchfab. I was really impressed with the interface in terms of the different effects I could apply to my model, such as chromatic aberration and altering the depth of field, and I was able to apply a blurred forest background to compliment my model, since one of the central elements is a tree.

I’m really happy with my final model, but if I were to make it again, or if I had more time, I would research more into how to create transparent textures, or water-like effects, but instead, I used a metallic texture for the water which did garner the reflection from the environment I wanted, but even so, it would have been better for it to have some level of transparency.
