Proposal Document: Finished Development

This week I continued to work on my proposal document.

So far I have completed sketches and mock ups of the title page and cover in the style will produce the rest of the document in.

I wrote out all the content I would have to write in my proposal, I wrote it all in my notebook so I could finish this quicker. Also having to write what I am going to say a couple of times, allows me to find my mistakes and fix them quicker.

I wrote the content I would need for my proposal using the research and notes I had taken previously.

After this I started on writing the content up on the document and filling out some sections so the document would have 7 pages total.

This is what I have so far:

This all my content written up completely. However there is still some problems with making the spacing all the same. I would also like to add more design qualities to the design but want it to remain in a simple style.

I decided to add a bar of colour at the bottom of each page and the page number.

I also added a blue background to the Acknowledgment section to separate it off from the other sections and make it seem more important. The blue background also ties in with the first couple of pages of the document.

I am happy with the outcome of the proposal. It was quite a daunting task due to the amount of writing and the formal tone of voice. However, overall I really enjoyed designing this, it has given me more experience with inDesign and I found it fun taking on a new challenge.
