Week 2 Homework Task

For our homework task this week we were asked to draw six compositions for our group project. I had a lot of fun with this one but I did struggle a bit to come up with ideas however, after I came up with the first couple of ideas it became easier. I decided to sketch out my ideas first so I could refine them when I completed them digitally. This is how the first sketches came out:

I wanted to implement some of the strategies we learned in class in these compositions like symmetry, the golden ratio, the rule of thirds and one point perspective. I feel as though using these strategies really elevated my compositions. I kept the art style very simple because we will likely be using a very simple style in our final animation.
