Our team met up to discuss how to progress the idea and prepare for the presentation on Friday. We had our ideas for the world down which were. 

mockumentary – drugs – memes – wizard- adventure 

We had the idea now we would just need to focus it into an understandable manner so that the class could get a clear idea of what it would look like. After looking at some advice for world building, we took the advice with something simple like what era and what features are we interested in within the fantasy genera and elaborated on them. The front runners were that it takes place in a world that used to be full of wizards but since the rise of tech highering wizards to help with everyday things like transport building and fortune telling were just irrelevant. This would mean we could create landscape of old statues and decapitated fantasy town, then we though the world would have a modern astatic, but it is all built on top of old fantasy buildings reflecting some of the older parts of Belfast with the old Victorian architecture next to a fancy 20st century office block.   

The world revolves around a young anxiety riddle director making a documentary about the last wizard who just so happens to be a raging drug addict where this could go wrong. The rest of the idea has the main cast go through these wired mind-bending adventures caused by the wizards performing spells under the influence. We also want to show a humbler side to the characters as these adventures happen and show how this wizard got to the point he is at. this might change with how hard we can double down on the drugs due to the idea having to be accessible to all ages, alluding to it may be the way to go. though i am pleaded with the progress we made today.
