Below are some more art pieces that I have done of my characters! These were mostly for fun, but I did ultimately learn a lot more about my style and the type of art I like to draw. Compared to detailed, blended works, I find that I enjoy working with more simplistic colour palettes, shape and line work. Whenever I try to incorporate any type of realistic features, I get stressed out as this is something that is completely out of my realm. Overall, I will continue to work with the kind of style shown in the top image here as it matches well with my thinking processes. Lately, some of my main inspirations have been coming from TV shows such as She-ra and the Princesses of Power and Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts. These are two shows that I may look further into in future posts.
