I know the importance of having a strategy and planning and considering all the different factors as well as the principles that are key in the process. I also learned about a lot of different techniques of user research I had never heard of before that seem really interesting and I could try out some of them with this project. I also learned a lot about putting together user personas and know know what to consider and how to go about developing my own for this project as well. I also really enjoyed Malcolm Gladwell’s Spaghetti Sauce talk.
