Animatic

In our groups we created an animatic of our chosen scene. The scenes we chose had to transition into one another to create the full animatic of what we created in our storyboards. I chose to do the scene where our cowgirl character, Debbie, is walking through the doorway to Carmilla’s gothic home. I wanted to do a scene with little action involved as I have not animated before and I didnt want to give myself too much to work with for the first time. I recieved feedback on my animatic to make it so Debbie’s legs are cut off screen meaning I wont have to animate them walking. I used Procreate to make this and definitely struggled with it as I had never done anything like it before, but it helped me gain a good understanding of how animatics work and what I can do in the future.
