Short Papers

Authors of all accepted presentations (papers, incl. individual symposium papers, and posters) can send a paper for publication in the EUROCALL 2026 conference proceedings before the submission deadline on 17th July 2026 (midnight, Central European Time). Note that only the papers/posters presented at the conference will be eligible for publication. Papers should be between 5 and 10 pages (all inclusive).

All papers will be peer-reviewed and edited. A committee of reviewers selected by the editors will review the papers and rate them according to quality and correctness. Authors and co-authors may be solicited to review about 3 manuscripts each.

Publication is planned before the end of 2026. Because of the short amount of time between paper submission and publication date, there will be hard deadlines, which authors will have to meet if they wish their manuscripts considered for publication.

Submissions of papers will be via the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia’s Open Conference System (OCS):
https://ocs.editorial.upv.es/index.php/EuroCALL/EuroCALL2026 (opens March 2026)

Please contact Yazdan Choubsaz (editor-in-chief of the publication) at eurocall_short_papers@upv.es for any queries regarding submissions of paper.
