What is included?
The conference fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference welcome pack, conference short papers, daily refreshments, lunches for 3 days, and welcome drinks’ reception and social event.
Accommodation and conference dinner must be added separately.
Conference Dinner
Belfast City Hall is a stunning Grade A-listed civic building in Donegall Square, with marble details, stained glass windows, and historical portraits. The manicured lawns around it have memorials and bronze statues.

Belfast City Hall is in a convenient location in the heart of Belfast within a short walking distance from Ulster University. There will be a welcome drinks reception for guests on arrival with traditional Irish music. This will be followed by a 4 Course Dinner. There will be an onsite bar service and live entertainment.
