This was a very exciting week as our animations have really come to life now!

CLASS:

Once again, I was unable to take screenshots as it had slipped my mind, but the class exercise was a bit tricky this week. Although Adobe has similarities to Krita, I still found it a bit tough to figure out for the first while, but after a classmate explained it to me, I was actually ok afterwards.

Once I started the animation, I was astounded by all the tools offered by Krita, making the process much easier than anticipated. Although I had used Krita for the bouncy balls the previous week, this week was a good further insight into the programe, and once again good practice for the future.

HOMEWORK:

This is when the fun really began, our lecturer assigned us the animatic for our homework. I decided to use procreate for the animatic as it is what I’m most comfortable with.

I wanted to make sure it came out clean, but feel as if I should’ve maybe taken the risk and used Krita. Nonetheless I still think my section turned out quite well and accurate as I needed it to be:
