I struggled with managing my time well for this assignment. I got so caught up in the Group 3D Environment, that I ended up sacrificingthe time I had to spent on my animations. Like I said in a previous post, I originally planned to do 2D animations but due to poor planning I had to change over to 3D as I wouldn’t have had the time. My health also really affected my productivity during this semester. I had to take several breaks as I was overwhelmed and found it really hard to focus.
This has been recurring since first year so I think I need to seek help from the Student Wellbing going into 2nd semester to better manage my work. I did enjoy making the animations once I got into it. It was rewarding to see it coming together at the end. It didn’t come out perfect but I’m trying to let go of my perfectionism because it slows me down. If I had the oppertunity to do this again, I’d try to do 2D aniamtion instead as I enjoy it more than 3D.
