Type Specimen Sketches:
Taking inspiration from my mood boards and other examples of typeface posters I have tried and tested a range of composition ideas for my type specimen screen; from blowing up the scale of one single letter in the Helvetica alphabet, to using a range of them in one screen. I particularly liked the sketches with the letters overlapping each other, and I also liked the effect it gave when I enlarged the scale of the letters, zooming into certain points of the letter.
I experimented with adding both numbers and letters from the Helvetica alphabet and I think this could make for an interesting screen design. Moving on from this, I need to pick 3 final designs and then start designing them on Adobe XD.
