The Design Process

HTML Stage

Our task was to markup our website essay with basic html and some simple css. I began with coding my content, adding navigation and paragraphs etc, which I find satisfying (when it goes to plan), I enjoy seeing how the different tags can completely change the content. This stage creates the base for my website, enabling me to get all of my information and content in and sets me up for the next stage that will allow me to add the css stylesheet to make it much more aesthetically pleasing.

CSS Styling

I moved onto the css, which brings the website from looking basic to an actual website! I have chosen a simple design as I wanted it to look clean and have that ‘modern graphic design’ feel. The colour scheme I decided on is blue and orange, I feel as though they compliment each other nicely.
