This is the finished 30 second animation I created for the personal development project. The audio clip I decided to use was the music for Doom Eternal “The Only Thing They Fear Is You”. I decided to animated it as a band playing it on stage. My original idea had been to have the band play in the background as the viewers main focus would have been directed to the epic stickman fight scene. Unfortunately Due to technically problems with Adobe Animate the file was corrupted and I had to start the animation again from scratch. As this was the equivalent of 2 weeks of work gone and I had only 2 day left to finish the project. The new animation had to be created in less detail in order to meet the deadline. This meant I opted to remove the fight scene and solely stick animating the band.
In reflection I am still very proud of my animation even though it was unfortunately less detailed than the original one. In future projects with the newly acquired knowledge of how adobe animate works and how its auto recovery system isn’t an auto save system I should definitely not run into the same file corruption problems I had with this project.
