Storyboarding

Sadly, I missed this week’s class as I was ill. I had strived to not miss any classes this year as this course is important to me and I want to take as many opportunities as I can to learn and better myself, but my health has been up and down these past few months.

However, I do know that as our homework, we had to put together a storyboard for our sections of the animation. As I was still ill while completing this task, I kept it very simple, just using it as a tool to help me visualise how I want my animatic to go.

This is the section of the script that I am working off of. I ended up slightly altering it to make it easier for myself, and also to reduce the run time of my section, as I was trying to make it fit as close to the 10 second mark as I could.

As part of my section, I had to design the TV show’s logo. Initially, I sent this into our group’s discord chat.

However after some feedback I ended up with this instead, as it was suggested I try to bring the style closer to that of the Hell’s Kitchen logo.
