Week 7 IXD302 Stakeholders

In order to determine who my client is for my proposal and not just be referring to them as “Client” though-out the proposal I had to determine who the governing body was for Hill Street, After a quick google search, it became clear the client would be Belfast City council and I will be referring to my client as Belfast city council from here on. As I said in my last post I have to be aware of stakeholders though-out the management of any project and what their needs would be as well as my client’s needs.
