Finding the form and shape from my selected characters were fun. While drawing over them I learnt a lot about shape language, and what it means to have angles and roundness to a character. Most cartoons made for children have proportion in thirds. Drawing over them, helped me simplify and break down the general idea of them. What forms can make it pop and what makes it flat.
Future note; shape and form came important when we started creating characters that are able to be repeated and drawn by members in my group in Assignment 2.
