I have been focusing on animating while attending the NI Screen classes, during this week I animated shots & made them gifs but I haven’t exported them for comp just yet. I’ve organised my folders into my 3 scenes so that I know what animation/process GIF goes where and will do the same with my exported shot frames while being careful that i don’t  move them around to much due to after effects. I have also made my shot list into pie charts that track my process which has been a motivator because of the visual progression! (below)
